				Object & Organization
				The object of the Foundation, established on the 13. February 1992 and with registered office in Bern, consists in the «Further development of judges, court secretaries, public prosecutors and investigating magistrates» (art. 3 of the deed of foundation). The endowment fund has been made available by the Swiss Federal Government, the Cantons und the Swiss Association of Judges. The activities of the Foundation so far have been made possible on account of cost-covering seminars and financial support by third parties. The Council of foundation is composed of public figures from the world of justice, the humanities und the administration. The management of the activities of the foundation is assigned to the management board.
