As a rule the events are conducted in german and french. The number of participants is each time limited whereby a more detailed analysis of the subjects may be reached. In the event of an elevated number of applications the seminar is repeated.

The subjects are adapted to the practical needs of those active in the judicial administration. To this end the seminars are held in two days at the Center of studies of the Swiss National Bank at Gerzensee, so that an active exchange of experiences by the participants is possible.
